40+ item salad bar, all in a relaxed, cozy atmosphere.
The original building was built in the early 1960's from
logs collected from old houses and barns. The beams over
the salad bar were harvested from a walnut tree on the
property of the Hermitage, the historic home of President
Andrew Jackson.
